Mastering budget preparation in HE projects
The course brings guidance through the overall budgeting process during the HE project proposal preparation phase with regard to the different forms of funding (actual costs, lump sums, unit costs) and project schemes (RIA, IA, CSA, ERC, MSCA).

Content of this course:
The course is composed of a short Introduction and four modules covering the budget preparation in:
- RIA/IA/CSA projects based on actual costs
- ERC grants based on actual costs
- Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions based on unit costs
- RIA/IA/CSA projects based on lump sum
