Widening & ERA

NCP_WIDERA.NET supports the capacity and effectiveness of the WIDERA National Contact Points in low performing Member States (MS) and Associated Countries (AC), addressing knowledge gaps to facilitate better access to funding opportunities within the Framework Programmes.

It specifically focuses on Widening Participation, strengthening the European Research Area, and addressing Pillar II actions. NCP_WIDERA.NET identifies and disseminates best practices within the NCP community to enhance support for applicants, while also strengthening the transnational network of NCPs to effectively tackle cross-cutting goals such as gender equality and open science.

WIDERA NCPs is an umbrella name for the transnational network of NCPs for Widening participation and strengthening the European Research Area under Horizon Europe.
