This section provides answers to common questions about creating and accessing your account on the Horizon Europe NCP Portal.
Click "Login" at the top right of this page and complete the sign-up form. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your account.
NCPs follow the same sign-up process as regular users, but indicate your NCP's additional information. NCP accounts require manual validation, which typically takes 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a notification once your NCP account is validated.
You will receive an email from no-reply@horizoneuropencpportal.eu with a link to confirm your email address and set your password.

We recommend saving horizoneuropencpportal.eu as a trusted domain in your email client, to ensure that our emails don't get into your SPAM folder.

This section outlines how users can access specific resources based on their account type, and explains why officially designated NCPs may experience access issues if their accounts are not fully validated or up to date.
Access to content varies based on user type.
General users can access all public content on the website.
NCP users, however, must log in with a validated NCP account to view resources exclusive to them in the NCP Corner section.
If you're having trouble accessing certain materials, please ensure you're logged in with the correct account and that you have the required permissions.
There are several possible reasons:
The NCP Portal does not currently offer a notification or mailing list system for general users, so we recommend visiting the website regularly to stay informed.
However, NCP users are automatically subscribed to the NCP Portal’s mailing list and receive occasional updates and event information through the newsletter.
We kindly recommend contacting the NCP network for your country. You can find their contact details in the Find your NCP section.
This section explains the different accounts required to access the services offered through the NCP Portal and the Virtual Campus.
No, the NCP Portal and NCP Virtual Campus are separate platforms.
If you want access to both, you’ll need to register for each one individually. It is advised to use the same institutional email address.
