European Commission adopts Horizon Europe Strategic Plan for the period 2025-2027

The strategic plan for the next three years under Horizon was also adopted, the basis for the next work programmes.
This second Horizon Europe strategic plan will steer research and innovation funding within and beyond Europe to tackle key global challenges such as: (i) climate change; (ii) pollution; (iii) the loss of biodiversity; (iv) the digital transition; and (v) an ageing population.
