17th SET Plan Conference Energy and Innovation for a Competitive Europe

November 13 and 14 in Viladecans (Barcelona), the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union, together with the European Commission, is organizing the 17th annual Strategic Energy and Technology Plan Conference.

The event will gather more than 300 people, attracting the most relevant stakeholders and policymakers to reflect on the latest developments of the SET Plan and on boosting energy research and innovation for a competitive Europe.

This edition will focus on research and innovation as tools for a competitive Europe, and how the revamped SET Plan will contribute to this goal. Furthermore, it will address the most critical and societal energy challenges for complying with EU policies such as “Fit for 55”.

The conference will feature keynote speeches, roundtables and interactive sessions that will allow all attendees to actively participate and contribute with their insights.

All the attendees are also invited to the official dinner that will take place on the 13th evening at Atarazanes Reales, in Barcelona.

Registration for the event is mandatory.
