EUWIN CONFERENCE - The Future of Workplace Innovation

The Conference creates a platform for diverse participants including researchers, practitioners and policymakers to contemplate the challenges and opportunities presented by current societal developments that impact the future of work, employment and society.

The conference programme will span three days, combining theoretical and practical knowledge and experience. 

Thematic focus areas include:

  • Societal Challenges: Analysing the societal challenges that workplace innovation can help to address, with a deep dive into enabling strategies and potential solutions.
     
  • Conditions for workplace innovation: Investigating the key success factors, enablers, and barriers for innovative workplace practices, emphasizing the practical aspects of implementation.
     
  • Performance and Well-being: Striking the balance between improving company performance and enhancing working conditions for employees through real-world examples and best practices.
