Open café for Cluster 4 NCPs to exchange information, ask questions and discuss matters related to their work

Open cafés are a place for NCPs to meet on a regular basis and discuss matters related to their work. Typically there is no agenda, only an open space for discussion and one NCP moderating the discussion.
