Proposal Check Event for Research Infrastructures Topics 2024

The Proposal Check Event is designed for proposers intending to submit a project proposal in 2024 Horizon Europe’s Research Infrastructures Calls. The event provides proposers with an opportunity to enhance the quality of their proposals by receiving in-depth feedback from experienced Horizon evaluators, and therefore, increase their chances for funding.
Proposal Check Event

The event will take place online on the 22nd and 23rd February 2024.

The registration is considered as an Expression of Interest. Interested proposers will be contacted in January 2024 via email and asked to provide an advanced draft of their proposal (Part B) for the selected INFRA topic before February the 12th 2024.

Proposers who apply to participate in the event go through a case-by-case selection process. The selected proposers will be confirmed on February the 15th 2024 the latest of their acceptance. The maximum number of proposals to be consulted is 6.

Consultations are designed for each proposer separately as a maximum two-hour online session. The sessions consist of the evaluator(s) reading the proposal and providing immediate feedback. The service is free of charge for the proposers.
