Workshop: Building up synergies on training activities

The Horizon Academy project organizes an online workshop dedicated to exploring and mainstreaming synergies among NCP networks, specifically on Trainings. It is the 2nd follow-up event to the Synergies Matrix developed by Horizon Academy project and presented before the summer break. For those not yet familiar, the Synergies Matrix represents a compilation of various typologies of synergies by NCP Networks. It is meant to be an accessible platform where NCP networks can consult during the planning of their forthcoming activities

Agenda:  A plenary session will offer updates on mainstreaming the synergies matrix within the NCP portal, provide updates on the future Training Plan II and host hand-picked cases from NCP projects having co-organised or co-developed joint training synergies with other networks. Furthermore, two parallel sessions will facilitate participants to share insights as to a) what are the blocking factors in realising synergies despite the dedicated deliverables and interrelated areas across Horizon Europe b) How to streamline more synergies c) What pathways are needed for next-level synergies? What objectives, activities, and mode of collaboration are we looking for?

The registration link has already been sent by email to the invited participants.
