A revenue model is a framework for generating revenues. It identifies which revenue source to pursue, what value to offer, how to price the value, and who pays for the value during the lifetime duration of the business.
The objective of this tool is to offer participants support in two of these elements: the revenue model (how revenue will enter the business) and the pricing model (how the price of your solution will be set)
The guiding questions in the tool will guide participants into different revenue and pricing models, which are conveniently explained with examples in the document.
