Published on: 03/02/2025
Type of projects to be funded: This call seeks transnational research and innovation projects addressing two main topics:
1.- Benefits and trade-offs of agroecology: Evaluating environmental, social, and economic impacts and identifying best practices.
2.- Value chain and policy transformation: Developing new business models and policies to facilitate the transition to agroecology.

Agriculture faces challenges in food security, climate adaptation, and sustainability, requiring a transition to agroecology. The AGROECOLOGY partnership’s second call focuses on two areas: evaluating agroecology's long-term performance across environmental, economic, and social dimensions, and transforming value chains and policies to support this transition. Proposals should use a multi-actor, co-creation approach, including Living Labs, to drive innovation in both conventional and organic farming systems.
