Net4Society - The international network of National Contact Points for Cluster 2 ("Culture, creativity & inclusive society") in Horizon Europe

Net4Society was originally founded in 2008 during the 7th European Research Framework Programme (FP7, 2007-2013) as the network of National Contact Points for Socio-Economic Sciences and the Humanities (SSH).

During Horizon 2020, the European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (2014-2020), Net4Society was composed of National Contact Points for the Societal Challenge 6 "Europe in a changing world: inclusive, innovative and reflective societies" - a programme part of Horizon 2020 that was to a large extent driven by SSH research aspects.

We actively support networking in the SSH research community and offer help in every respect of Horizon Europe consultation. Net4Society includes the European and International National Contact Points of more than 55 countries. A specific focus of Net4Society is on supporting the successful integration of Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) throughout Horizon Europe.

Partner countries

While the Net4Society consortium consists of 23 Beneficiaries and Associated Partners, our overall network currently involves more than 80 NCPs from 60 organisations and more than 55 countries in Europe and beyond.

And this number has consistently grown from the start of the first project in 2008.

Net4Society is coordinated by DLR Project Management Agency, situated in Bonn, Germany.

The network is open to all National Contact Points for Cluster 2 "Culture, creativity & inclusive society".
