Cluster 5 - Call HORIZON-CL5-2023-D3-01-15 financial support to third parties

Under Cluster 5, the HORIZON-CL5-2023-D3-01-15 call is focused on making a fundamental and important contribution to the implementation of the Action Plan for the digitisation of energy and bringing disruptive innovation in energy services that can give the EU a competitive edge in the global market. 

Wanting to facilitate third-party participation in this call, the European Commission recently amended it, confirming the Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP). According to the latter, it will be possible to declare FSTP amounts in the budget table (Part A / online form) of proposals, and an additional upload space will be added for a more detailed explanation of the use of FSTP by applicants.
