Net4Society SSH Opportunities Document 2025 – Includes Cluster 5 Calls

This document compiles Horizon Europe calls where the European Commission explicitly encourages collaboration between the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) and STEM disciplines (the so-called SSH-flagged topics). It also includes a selection of additional calls which, although not formally flagged, could still benefit from the contributions of SSH researchers.
The purpose of this publication is to assist potential applicants in identifying SSH-relevant opportunities within the various sections of the Horizon Europe 2025 Work Programme.
With regard to Cluster 5, the following SSH-flagged topics have been identified:
