RAPTOR is an EIT programme that rapidly creates and tests solutions to niche urban mobility challenges identified by cities. It targets early-stage startups selected from 12 competing cities in different mobility themes, which use innovative high-impact solutions to address mobility challenges with business ideas that reduce congestion and increase the efficiency of the transport system.
